Successful students typically spend 5-10 hours per week outside of meetings on research and assignments.

There are not prerequisites to join the program. We have seen freshman and sophomores succeed in the program. However, strong motivation and interest in research is important.
We encourage students to use AI and mentors will provide guidance on how to do this effectively and ethically.
